Assessor's parcel data set for the Town of Stow updated pursuant to the tax situs date of January 1, 2025. These data are developed from existing digital data using CADD and GIS software tools. Parcel geometry and attribute data are updated to January 1, 2025. The related CAMA data are current to June 17, 2025. The parcel boundaries and other features are updated based on instruments of record including property deeds and recorded boundary survey and subdivision plans. Other source materials include right-of-way plans, flood plain studies, and historical tax maps dating back to 1971.
