Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Assessor's parcel data set for the Town of Stow updated pursuant to the tax situs date of January 1, 2025. These data are developed from existing digital data using CADD and GIS software tools. Parcel geometry and attribute data are updated to January 1, 2025. The related CAMA data are current to June 17, 2025. The parcel boundaries and other features are updated based on instruments of record including property deeds and recorded boundary survey and subdivision plans. Other source materials include right-of-way plans, flood plain studies, and historical tax maps dating back to 1971. Recent updates have been performed using MassGIS ortho-imagery current to 2019 and 2021 as base layers.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>

Copyright Text: Town of Stow, Board of Assessors working with various vendors. Original source materials were compiled in 1971 by John E. O'Donnell & Associates (Auburn, ME). Hardcopy maps were digitized in 1998 by Aerial Survey and Photo, Inc (Norridgewock, ME). Parcel data were upgraded in 2017 by CAI Technologies (Littleton, NH). Further updates in 2017 and 2018 were performed by Hilltop Northeast Enterprises (Brimfield, MA) and more recent updates since 2019 have been performed by Robert Rogers - Cadastral Services (Farmington Falls, ME).
